High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

HDPE is known for its highly crystalline structure, consisting of long, straight chains of polyethylene molecules, which give it a dense, rigid, and strong composition. It is produced using a low-pressure process through either slurry polymerization or gas-phase polymerization methods. These processes create tightly packed molecules with minimal branching, resulting in a high-density material.

HDPE is highly resistant to chemicals, moisture, and impact, making it ideal for applications such as pipes, bottles, containers, and geomembranes. It also has excellent tensile strength and is UV-resistant, which enhances its durability in outdoor applications. Industries such as packaging, automotive, and construction rely heavily on HDPE for products like water and gas pipes, chemical containers, and fuel tanks. Its versatility and recyclability further increase its demand in both industrial and consumer applications.
We provide wide ranges of grades such as:
EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5, BL2, BL3, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7, BL8, I1, I2, I3, I4 and etc.

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

LDPE is characterized by a highly branched molecular structure, which results in a less dense and more flexible material compared to HDPE. The production process involves high-pressure free-radical polymerization, which creates side branches on the polymer chains. This structure gives LDPE its low density, softness, and flexibility.

LDPE is known for its transparency, moisture resistance, and low melting point, making it ideal for applications requiring flexibility and durability. It is widely used in packaging, such as plastic bags, films, and containers, as well as in coatings for cables and wires. Additionally, LDPE is often found in consumer products like squeeze bottles and liners. While it has lower tensile strength than HDPE, its flexibility and ability to withstand high temperatures make it a preferred material for many industries.

We provide wide ranges of grades such as :

2420K, 2420D, 2420F, 2420H, 2426F, 2426H, 2426K, 3020K, 3020H, 3026K, 2200D, 2200F, 2206F, 2220H, 3026H, 2200H, 2206H ,1800S

Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)

LLDPE has a structure similar to LDPE but with less branching, which results in a linear molecular structure with short, uniform branches. This material is produced through copolymerization of ethylene with alpha-olefins (like butene or hexene) in a low-pressure process. The result is a polyethylene that combines the flexibility of LDPE with the strength and durability of HDPE.

LLDPE is valued for its toughness, puncture resistance, and flexibility, which makes it ideal for products like stretch films, plastic wraps, and agricultural films. It is also used in applications such as geomembranes, cables, and industrial liners. Due to its improved mechanical properties over LDPE, LLDPE is increasingly favored in packaging and agricultural industries where durability and resistance to environmental conditions are crucial.

We provide wide ranges of LLDPE grades including but NOT LIMITED to LL0220 KJ, HD6070EA, HD6070UA, LL0205AA, HD5226EA, LL0209AA, LL0220AA, LL0209K and more.
